These are the terms for using seoproteam.com and buying our services. We promise careful work and honest reports, not rankings. Monthly services run 3 months, then month-to-month. Georgia law applies.
These terms are between you and SEO Pro Team LLC, a company organized in the State of Georgia, USA, at 228 Morrow Rd, Forest Park, GA 30297 (“SEO Pro Team”, “we”, “us”). By using seoproteam.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you order for a company, you confirm you may bind that company.
We provide SEO services, including audits, strategy, technical SEO, on-page optimization, link building and digital PR, content marketing, ecommerce SEO, local SEO, AI search (GEO) optimization, retainers and strategy calls. Each service page describes what is included. The scope of your order is what the service page and your invoice say, plus anything we agree in writing.
When you place an order on the site, we email a confirmation and an invoice. An order is accepted when we confirm scope and access, normally within 1 business day. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we cannot do the work or we spot an error in the price, and if so we refund any amount you paid.
Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout. One-off items are billed at checkout or by invoice. Monthly services are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due on receipt unless the invoice says otherwise. If sales tax applies to your order, we show it before you pay. The site currently runs in test payment mode: no card is charged at checkout, and we send an invoice instead. We may add a live payment provider, and these terms will apply to it.
Monthly services have a minimum term of 3 months. After the minimum, they continue month-to-month. You can end them by giving us 30 days’ written notice, by email to support@seoproteam.com. Notice can be given during the minimum term, but the service continues, and is billed, until the later of the end of the minimum term and 30 days after notice. We may end a monthly service with 30 days’ written notice.
One-off audits and projects are fully refundable before work starts. Strategy calls can be rescheduled or cancelled free up to 24 hours before the call. A cancellation inside 24 hours is non-refundable, but you may reschedule once. The Refund & Cancellation Policy has the details.
You agree to give us accurate information and the access we reasonably need (for example Search Console, analytics and CMS access), to approve work in good time and to keep your credentials secure. Delivery dates assume we have the access we need. If you are late, delivery moves back by the same time. You confirm you own, or may use, the content and sites you give us.
SEO depends on search engines, AI assistants, competitors and your own site, none of which we control. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue or citations in AI answers. We do promise to do the work described, with reasonable skill and care, and to report honestly on it.
We may work in your CMS or analytics tools with your permission. We will make changes you have approved and keep a record of them. You are responsible for backups of your site. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by platforms such as search engines, hosting providers or social networks.
You own your site and content. Once you have paid, you own the deliverables we create for you, such as audit reports, plans and articles, and may use them with any team. We keep our own tools, templates, methods and know-how. We may refer to the fact that we completed work for you only if you agree. We will not publish your name or results without your consent.
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to do the work. This does not apply to information that is public, that we already had or that the law requires us to disclose.
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or probe it, no automated scraping that burdens it, no unlawful content, no submitting forms with false details or spam.
We provide services with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated in these terms, the site and services are provided “as is”, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to cover reasonable losses we suffer from a third-party claim caused by content you gave us that you had no right to use, or by your breach of these terms.
Either of us may end a service as stated in section 5. We may suspend or end access to the site or services if you materially breach these terms and do not fix it within 10 days of our notice. Sections that by nature should survive, such as payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability and governing law, continue after termination.
We may update these terms. The updated version applies to orders placed after the date at the top. Existing monthly services stay on the terms in force when you ordered until the end of the current term.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clayton County, Georgia. Before starting a claim, we ask that you email support@seoproteam.com so we can try to resolve it in good faith.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement between us on this subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Failing to enforce a right is not giving it up. You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them to a successor to our business.
