Because you should not have to book a call to learn what something costs. Our prices cover a defined scope. If your project needs something bigger, we say so and quote it in writing.
No. Monthly services have a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. Stop at any time after the minimum with 30 days’ written notice. One-off projects have no contract beyond the order.
The plan carries on month-to-month at the same price. We review the plan with you at the end of month 3, and you can stop with 30 days’ notice.
One-off audits and projects are fully refundable before work starts. Strategy calls can be rescheduled or cancelled free up to 24 hours before. Monthly services stop with 30 days’ written notice after the minimum. Full terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
No. The price on the page is the price at checkout. Ad spend, software subscriptions you choose to buy and developer time on your side are not included, and we will tell you before any of them come up.
Our published prices are what you pay for the order you place. If we change prices later, existing monthly plans keep their price for the current term, and we give 30 days’ notice before any change after that.
