§ Steps

Snapshot, audit, strategy, execute, report

  1. Snapshot

    1 business day

    What we do
Read your site and reply with a short, honest note on what we see.
    What you do
Send your URL, and tell us what you sell and who you sell to.
    What you get
A short written read, free. No call is required.
  2. Audit

    7 to 14 business days

    What we do
Crawl the site, review your key pages, check your search and local footprint and compare you to your competitors.
    What you do
Give us read access to Search Console and analytics if you have them.
    What you get
A written diagnosis with evidence for every finding, and a ranked fix list. It is yours to keep.
  3. Strategy

    Included in the $1,200 audit

    What we do
Turn the findings into a 90-day plan: what first, what next, what to measure.
    What you do
Tell us what you can and cannot change, and what budget you have.
    What you get
A plan any team can follow, ours or another.
  4. Execute

    Ongoing, or a fixed project

    What we do
Make the fixes, rewrite the pages, earn the links, run the local work, as agreed.
    What you do
Approve changes, answer questions within a few business days and keep us pointed at the business goals.
    What you get
The work, with every change recorded.
  5. Report

    Monthly

    What we do
Write a short report: what we did, what changed, what is next.
    What you do
Read it, ask questions, and tell us if the plan should change.
    What you get
A report you can read in five minutes.

§ Reporting

No vanity metrics.

What we did.

The work, listed. Pages edited, fixes made, links earned, with URLs.

What changed.

The numbers that matter to a business: calls, form fills, orders, directions. Rankings appear only as context.

What’s next.

The plan for next month and why. If a tactic is not working, the report says so.

If a report cannot answer whether the phone rang more, we have written it badly.

§ Sample

A monthly report, before you buy it

This is the format of every monthly report. The numbers are placeholders.

SampleWHAT WE DIDWHAT CHANGEDWHAT’S NEXT
Sample. Not a client result.

§ Timeline

A typical first 90 days

  1. Week 1–2

Access, audit and a written plan.

  2. Week 3–6

The first fixes go live. The first report arrives.

  3. Week 7–12

Content, links and local work build on the fixes. We review the plan with you at the end of month 3.

After month 3 you can continue month-to-month or stop with 30 days’ notice.

§ FAQ

Questions about how we work

Who will I work with?

A specialist assigned to your account, with a point of contact who answers email and phone during office hours: Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 ET.

What do you need from me each month?

A few business days to approve changes and answer questions. Most clients spend about 30 minutes a month.

Is there a long contract?

No. Monthly services have a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. Stop at any time after the minimum with 30 days’ written notice. One-off projects have no contract beyond the order.

How long until I see results?

It depends. Fixes to wrong information or broken pages can matter within weeks. Moving up in competitive searches usually takes months. We will tell you what to expect for your situation in the audit.
