Plain-English summary

One-off audits and projects are fully refundable before work starts. Monthly services run for 3 months, then you can stop with 30 days’ written notice. Strategy calls can be moved or cancelled free up to 24 hours before.

1. One-off audits and projects

This covers the SEO Audit & Strategy, Technical SEO, and On-Page SEO packs.

  • Before work starts: you can cancel for a full refund. Work starts when we have confirmed scope and received the access we need, and we tell you by email when that happens. To cancel, email support@seoproteam.com with your order reference.
  • After work starts: fees for work already done are not refundable. If we have not delivered what the service page and your order describe, tell us. We will fix the gap or refund the part we did not deliver.
  • Refund timing: we refund to the original payment method, or reverse the invoice, within 10 business days.

2. Monthly services and retainers

This covers Local SEO, Link Building & Digital PR, Content Marketing, Ecommerce SEO, AI Search / GEO and the full-service retainers.

  • Minimum term: 3 months.
  • After the minimum: the service continues month-to-month.
  • Cancelling: give 30 days’ written notice by email to support@seoproteam.com. The service ends on the later of the end of month 3 and 30 days after you give notice. You are billed for that period.
  • Refunds: monthly fees for periods that have started are not refundable, apart from refunds before work starts. If we have not started the first month, you can cancel for a full refund.
  • After cancellation: we hand over everything we created, such as reports, plans, articles and logs. You keep the deliverables.

3. Strategy calls

  • Reschedule or cancel: free, any time up to 24 hours before the call. A cancellation more than 24 hours before gets a full refund.
  • Late cancel (within 24 hours): the fee is non-refundable. You may reschedule once.
  • No-show: treated as a late cancel.
  • If we cancel: we reschedule at a time that suits you, or refund you in full.

4. Test payment mode

While the site runs in test payment mode, no card is charged. We email an invoice, and refunds apply to what you have actually paid on that invoice.

5. Problems with an order

If something is wrong with your order, tell us within 30 days at support@seoproteam.com. We will respond within 1 business day, during office hours, and work with you to fix it.

6. Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
